Patrick Corbo,  Personal Chef

After 17 years in the hospitality industry,
Chef Patrick, a honored graduate of
Le Cordon Bleu College Of Culinary Arts
Las Vegas, brings his culinary experiences
back home to the Central Coast. He is a 
graduate of the Culinary Business Academy ,
member of the United States Personal Chef
 Association and Servsafe certified.

Using classic French techniques, organic and other healthy
ingredients, he creates meals that are both healthy and delicious. 

 
Mary Corbo,  Personal Chef

Bringing her "street smarts" along side her
husbands "book smarts", Mary makes this
partnership a perfect match! She has worked
as an Events Coordinator as well as executing
years of birthday parties, holiday dinners, baby
showers and brunches.

"As a mother and wife for 15 years, I have

learned to be creative with whatever can be
found in the cupboards."

Her knack for planning-on-the-cuff and Patrick's text book chef
work equals one "creative cuisine crew!
